A Bay Area resident for over thirty years and an American citizen since 1996, Yon Soon has grown professionally through a series of responsible positions in advertising, marketing, banking, and the service sector, managing 50 employees in a Goodyear tire dealership prior to becoming a Realtor. With a background both as a working mother and a career professional, Yon Soon has gained expertise in assisting property buyers at all levels to find just what they are looking for. Yon Soon acquired notable management and negotiation skills through decades of service to the Korean-American Community and from her leadership of a Korean Community Health Services cancer support group. She uses these, along with her innate integrity and compassion, to serve her extensive, robust network of personal and business contacts and clients, all of whom remain her loyal friends. She is a long-time resident of Berkeley where she lives with her husband, a professional potter. Yon Soon also owns and operates a small restaurant in Oakland and enjoys cooking as well as volunteering in her community.
