Hello, and thank you for investigating my biography.

I am an experienced salesperson and small business owner. In addition to my Real Estate Business I also own and operate Professional Window, Inc a Marvin Window & Door Authorized Dealership in Emeryville. I began that business in 1983 so I have been touring Bay Area Homes and Business Properties for many years.

Originally from Baltimore, Maryland I proudly embrace the hard working East Coast work ethic.

Before I even became a Realtor® I purchased my own home, business property, and made a 1031 tax exchange. I manage my own residential income property.

Becoming a Realtor was a natural progression for me. I am interested in properties, buildings, architecture and I love talking with Bay Area people. Our fantastic diversity makes meeting new clients exciting and always interesting for me.

For Buyers: I love the challenge of finding the right home for you. Of course I do this to earn my living but I honestly am thinking about what you need. I enjoy tours knowing that the next property may be the one for you. It is great fun!

For Investors: With my tax and bookkeeping experience I can provide estimated cash flow projection reports that you can review with your accountant and attorney before purchasing an income property.

For Sellers: I combine new electronic advertising techniques with old fashion boots on the ground marketing. I have paid advertising spots on 3 of the most visited Real Estate web-sites on the internet. I can explain and estimate the investments you can make as a seller to maximize the value of your property: minor or major improvements, staging, and inspection reports.

Commercial Property: My main commercial interest is with the Business Owner operator. Should you buy your own location? Should you relocate? Should you downsize? Should you rent? These are major questions I can help you investigate.

The way I work is simple. I hold my fiduciary responsibility in the highest regard. So to me that means I must help my clients through an entire education process for every Real Estate Transaction and help them see the whole picture. We start at the beginning and add to the process as quickly or slowly as you need. I fit your Real Estate Process to your life, not mine.
