All of the brokerage services at PBG are overseen by our founding real estate attorney, Daniel Stea.

PBG also provides additional legal services on an hourly fee basis in order to adequately protect the interests of our clients and their investments. The majority of these services fall into two distinct catagories:

• Real estate related legal issues;
• Estate planning to protect our clients' investments and provide for their orderly succession.
