Paul is a San Francisco native who has lived in the East Bay for 25 years. Since 1990 he has developed and built nearly 100 Oakland homes. Having begun his career in real estate as a general contractor, he moved on to become a project manager, overseeing the construction of a 32 house sub-division in San Francisco that included the installation of a new street and power grid. This hands-on knowledge of transforming land into housing has served throughout his professional life, contributing to a profound satisfaction derived from years of helping clients realize their dreams of new home ownership. Acute attention to detail, an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction and client advocacy form the recurring basis of each of his transactions. He has also served as Managing Member or General Partner for real estate syndications and partnerships for investors in multi-family housing and income properties, two of which won American Institute of Architects design awards (2006 & 2009).

When off the clock, Paul is a USCG licensed skipper who often enjoys navigating our beautiful Bay, and is a devoted lover of music from Classic to Cuban. He is the very proud father of two wonderful teenaged sons.
