Prior to her realtor career, April had been in the insurance industry for almost eight years, first as an agent and then a sales manager. As an agent, she was good at weaving her knowledge and experience together to find the best solutions to meet each client's specific needs. She won her clients' trust and favor with her passion for helping people, high standard of ethics and her professionalism, which contributed to the fast growth of her client base. During the years working with AIG American General, she won quite a number of various sales campaigns. As a sales manager, she mentored and motivated each agent by heart and led the team to be a strong one. After becoming a realtor, April applied her experience in sales and management to her new career, and continued to serve her clients who have real estate needs with the same enthusiasm and professionalism.

April was born and raised in China. She moved to San Francisco in 2000 and has lived there ever since. Besides English, she speaks Mandarin and Cantonese fluently as well. Her profound understanding of Chinese culture becomes one of her strengths when she works with her Chinese clients. April is active in the Chinese community and is currently serving as the vice president of the American Entreprenuer Association, a non-profit organization primarily composed of Chinese entrepreneurs based in San Francisco.

April got her Bachelor's degree in English Teaching in China, and MBA from San Francisco State University.

In her leisure time, April likes dancing, painting, going to concerts, taking classes and spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, skiing and traveling.
