Angel has been working in the commercial real estate market in the Bay Area since 2002, specializing in apartment, land, warehouse, office building, retail and shopping mall transactions. Through working with her real estate investors she has gained significant experience in dealing with tenants, income and commercial scenarios. Angel's commercial lending knowledge and understanding of financial benchmarks used in commercial property valuation has provided her with the skill set needed to effectively structure and negotiate real estate purchases and sales, analyze properties, and recommend strategies to maximize her clients' investments. In addition, Angel manages qualified intermediary (1031) exchange projects to minimize capital gains tax and ensure that all exchanges are completed successfully within the designated time frames.

Angel was born and raised in Taiwan and is fluent in English, Taiwanese and Mandarin. She earned her MFA and Bachelor degree in Interior Architecture and Design from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Angel's interior design background gives her good insight into zoning regulations and navigating the rules of local municipal governments in the Bay Area.
